FT/Direct Hire
$150k-$190k + bonus
Hybrid in Los Angeles (Westside)

Our client a growing personal care brand is looking for a dynamic Director of Growth to join their expanding team!


What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor the customer acquisition team, fostering strategic thinking, a sense of urgency, and collaborative culture.
Develop a strategy to drive paid media efforts with a focus on Facebook and Google and build the foundation for fast growth moving forward.
Meticulously lead management and optimization of a multi-million-dollar marketing budget with a heavy focus on profitable acquisition, leveraging an LTV:CAC methodology.
Develop and implement the next phase of attribution methodology, considering options like MMM, incrementality/lift analysis partners, and others to provide more accuracy.
Rigorously measure and report on KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of growth goals.
Collaboratively lead iteration of creative content in close coordination with the creative team and external agencies to create high-performing content for core paid media channels.
Develop a strong non-paid strategy, helping to bring back more organic growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to life, specifically Product/Engineering and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
Lead and manage all user acquisition flows and growth initiatives in partnership with the web team, constantly iterating and optimizing flows to improve conversion and developing new ideas to acquire customers.

About You:
7+ years of experience in growth and direct response marketing at a consumer brand
Proven success managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets across multiple digital channels
Exceptionally strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations
A desire to innovate on UA methods and improve strategy
The ability to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization
Ability to lead a team and develop exceptionally talented individuals
Deep understanding of non-paid channels (SEO, organic, referrals, etc.) is highly preferred
Experience working with product and engineering teams on flow optimization
Excellent communication skills
