Pay Range: $55 - 65 per hour

Must have experience scaling up brand design, working in a global org, and strong UI skills.
Hard Skills:
- 7- 10 years of experience in the UX Design Space
- Experience building out brands, and brand systems.
- User Interface Design User Research Process and Methodologies
- Design Thinking Methodology
- User Centered Design Principles
- Global Design Systems Animation or Motion Design Principles
- Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other related design tool
- User Testing, User Zoom, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, Maze or other research testing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including managers, designers, stakeholders, to define experience requirements and design specifications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture and interaction design.
- Ability to communicate complex design related topics to audiences unfamiliar to design processes, design thinking, and time to complete request.
- Takes an ownership initiative with design related tasks and positive attitude for delivering quality services on time.
